By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

We provide domestic and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services will be carried out according to the details confirmed (type of clean, frequency, duration). Any additional tasks not agreed in advance may be charged extra.
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If we cannot access the property, the visit may be charged in full. Please ensure electricity and water are available where required.
Prices are agreed before work begins and may vary depending on the condition of the property. Payment is due as agreed (e.g. on the day, weekly, or monthly). Late payments may result in services being paused or cancelled.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full. We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.
We use professional cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed. If you request us to use your own products, we are not responsible for their performance or any damage they may cause.
We will follow health and safety procedures while working on your property. You must inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special care requirements before the clean begins. We are not responsible for damage caused by faulty equipment or unsafe conditions at the property.
We take great care while cleaning. Any accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement where appropriate.
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will aim to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
MCW Cleaning Services is fully insured for public liability (details available on request).
Either party may end the agreement with reasonable notice. Outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always apply to new bookings.
